On-going participant feedback and real-life application following training workshops will also be used to mature and evolve any current and future training.

After three and six months, selected participants will be asked specific questions including:

  • What has the impact been?
  • What’s worked, what hasn’t?
  • What else is needed?

As a standard part of our delivery process we will hold regular facilitator/client review meetings in order that:

  • We can stay up to date on business matters (so that our team is connected and ‘in touch’ with what’s going on in the business).
  • You can hear first-hand the insights that our trainer/s develop. The insights we develop may be important in terms of developing future interventions you wish to make and ensuring wider staff development and management initiatives are ‘connected’.
