All of our consultants are skilled trainers with extensive experience in designing and delivering leadership, people development and management programmes at all levels. They have, between them, a broad range of industry experience, which includes working extensively within the Financial Services arena and with culturally diverse audiences within mature and emerging markets.

BRIAN

Brian is a highly experienced trainer and coach with a wealth of practical experience and theoretical knowledge of leadership and management development issues. His training style is extremely participative, and he draws on real work and management issues as much as possible in order to achieve the best results.

Whilst working in Management Development for LloydsTSB UK Retail Banking, he created the multi-media programme ‘Coaching for Results’. The programme was rolled out to all managers in the bank.  It was subsequently purchased by XEBEC who distributed it as an e-learning package worldwide.

Helga has been consulting on the theme of maximising human development within business for over 14 years. A proficient interpersonal skills trainer, coach, facilitator and change consultant she works with a range of industries within the public and private sectors in many industry sectors including retail, banking, distribution, telecommunications, technology, aerospace and energy. Her specialism is improving the strategic and operational effectiveness of teams to implement and sustain change. Tim is a specialist in coaching and training people in business management, people management and project management skills at operational levels.

He has lectured at Canterbury Christchurch College University Business School and has recently completed an advanced Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring. Tim has worked with many companies including BNP Paribas, Standard bank, Axa Investment, Chanel, Smiths Detection, NSK Bearings, Express Newspapers, Reed Publishing, Habitat, Carphone Warehouse and MenCap.

Linda is a Trainer, Executive Coach, Coach-Therapist and OD Consultant with 20+ years’ experience in the corporate arena. She has studied and undergone training in the neuroscience of coaching, organizational systems, group psychodynamics, and stress management.

She has worked across a range of sectors including broadcast media, print & online publishing, IT, gaming, law, banking, investments, insurance, retail, hotel & leisure, healthcare and the charity sector and has trained culturally mixed and geographically dispersed workforces (including from Western and Eastern Europe, Asia and the Middle East, USA, Africa, and the Far East).

Ian has a strong and successful track record in business, having previously worked for some major blue-chip organisations in a variety of senior sales and management positions.

Ian has a wealth of experience and works as a consultant analysing, designing and delivering bespoke training programmes for graduates, middle and senior management, in a diversity of market sectors.
