We have many years of experience in delivering in-company bespoke applied leadership, talent and management modular programmes and at all levels of seniority. We are passionate about helping our clients to maximise their success through leadership, talent, staff and team development, and helping our delegates to fulfil their potential.
We work with an increasing number of associates, particularly in specialist areas, to ensure we can offer you the very best experts in their fields. Some of our associates have even contributed to the increasing number of online modules within the web-based learning Academy. Take a look at our trainers’ credentials under the Expert tab for a better insight into their area of expertise and experience and who is best skilled to help you.
We aim to maximise classroom-based time, and this means making our courses as practical and applicable to the workplace as possible. With the plethora of communications methods these days, the receiving of information for pre-course reading and preparation can be done via email, webinar, phone call or via the online learning Academy, leaving the ‘together time’ with the expert/s for discussion, experimentation, real plays, practice with feedback and the activities that build confidence and effective communication.
Learning Needs Analysis & Assessment Centres
We have a number of ways in which we can help you with identifying learning individual and team needs and express those in a development plan.
Some of our associates design and run both Assessment and Development Centres. The benefit of an Assessment Centre is that you can use exercises and ‘real play’ to identify the right person for a new position based upon observed behaviours. This minimises the risk of selecting an inappropriate person for the role and ensures that you have an unbiased selection process.
Development Centres enable you to ensure that events can be specifically tailored to address identified behaviours, knowledge or skills gaps. This maximises ‘buy-in’ from the delegate and optimises your training spend just where it is needed.
Through learning or training needs analysis, our experts can work with clients to assess:
- what knowledge, skills and/or behaviours are required and at what level
- who requires the training
- when they need the training
- what pre-course preparation is required
- how and where the training will be conducted
- the right mix of theory, neuroscience, research and application
- recommendations for post course follow-through to anchor and sustain new skills and behaviours
Our trainers come from the distinct groups of; ex practitioners who combine their training with their desk and banking experience; professional skills experts – organisational, learning and development specialists with extensive knowledge and experience of working within the financial services industry.
We offer fully bespoke programmes of varying levels and durations pending your exact requirements and the time pressures of the business. For example, we can deliver introductory, intermediate, advanced and master class level workshops. We will confirm the learning objectives and impact required before recommending 60 or 90 minutes or half day “espresso” interactive workshops or “deep dives” of 1 or 2 days.
Our courses can be blended with e-learning modules which can be provided either by the client or from our own online Academy.
All our leadership, talent and management development workshops are tailored to our client’s specific needs and objectives. We welcome all enquiries and will be totally clear with you if we cannot deliver to your specific requirements.
Our workshops are delivered as stand-alone modules or can be combined, within other programmes such as graduate training. We also deliver Continuous Development Training for Managers – a sample of such workshop modules and their duration is given below;
