A number of our associates work as trusted and challenging executive coaches for business leaders and managers. As well as working with senior executives many of them have also worked with high potential juniors who need coaching to boost their prospects and performance.
All our experienced coaches focused on enhancing and improving people performance at all levels whatever their specific issues, challenges and goals. They have, between them, a broad range of industry experience, which includes working extensively within the Financial Services arena and with culturally diverse audiences within mature and emerging markets.
Individually, each coach has a long and deep experience of organisational and continuous individual development. They have all worked as consultants and have also held senior corporate roles in organisations so understand the pressures and challenges at work and achieving the right work life balance.
Each of our coaches have their own area of expertise and focus which allows our coaching services to cover issues arising from performance, behaviour, life and/or relationships.
Our coaches work with a high level of energy and integrity and are able to bring both perspective and pragmatism to even the most complex of situations.
